The Quadmills replaceable insert style makes it amazingly versatile. You can change between finish milling, semi-finish milling, rough milling, and, even thread milling, by simply changing the inserts. While the tools are not center cutting, they are capable of face milling a pocket if we can come in from an open space.

The Standard V-Flange with Integral shank utilizing our patented 40 and 50 V-Flange helical holders. This new V-Flange Quadmill is a replaceable insert style tool offering you a helical design using our patented high-pressure coolant system. Naturally with the design being integral, it's a very rigid tool for the toughest of applications.

Weldon Replaceable Insert Quadmill

This new Weldon shank is a replaceable insert style tool offering you a helical design using our patented high-pressure coolant system. By far our best seller, this tool can run circles around your typical indexable "corn cob" rougher.  We also have a lot more flutes in a given diameter than everyone else on the block.
